Harissa Chicken & Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 Whole Chicken legs - skin on
  • 2 Big Potatoes
  • 1 Big Onion
  • 6 tsp SOS Harissa
  • 1 tbsp Cooking cream
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt (optional)
  • Dried parsley for garnish

Method

  1. Make a marinade by mixing the Harissa and cooking cream
  2. Make cuts in the chicken to let the marinade in
  3. Chop the onion and potatoes in one inch cubes
  4. Rub the marinade over the chicken and the veggies
  5. Heat an oven to 180*C
  6. Line a baking tray with some of the oil and drizzle the rest on the chicken and veggies
  7. Layer the chicken and veggies on the tray and bake for 30min or until done
  8. For the last 10min turn the setting to grill and let the chicken and veggies char a bit
  9. Garnish with dried parley and sprinkle salt if needed

Tips

You can use chicken breast fillets if you prefer. An Air Fryer can be used if you don't have an oven. Cooking time will vary slightly
