Ingredients
- 2 Chicken thighs - skinless - cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 Onion - cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 Bell pepper - cut into 1 inch pieces
- 3 tbsp SOS Harissa
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil

5 to 6 Bamboo skewers - soaked in water for 30 mins
Method
- Thread the skewers with alternating pieces of chicken, onion and bell pepper
- Brush on the Harissa
- Heat up a grill pan and brush with the olive oil
- Place the skewers on the hot grill
- Cook turning frequently. Brush with more Harissa if needed. Let the chicken cook through
Tips
For this recipe, I have chosen boneless, skinless chicken thighs because they’re naturally juicier and more flavorful than chicken breasts. Plus, they’re much more forgiving on the grill, staying tender and moist without the risk of drying out.
Serve with a simple beaten yogurt and garlic dip.
