Fish Fillet with Harissa

Harissa is a versatile spicy Moroccan dip. I made grilled fish and served it with Harissa. Bold, spicy and tasty!

Ingredients

  • 1 Dory fish fillet
  • SOS Harissa 2 tbsp
  • 2 tsps butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ can corn kernels
  • ¼ tsp salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper to taste

Method

  1. Pan fry the white fish fillet in olive oil until cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sauté corn kernels in butter until they have browned slightly.
  3. Spread the Harissa on a plate.
  4. Place the fish on the harissa, with corn on top.

Tips

A pan-seared white fish filet on a bed of Harissa. Any white fish fillet can be used.
