Arancini Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup Arborio rice or leftover rice
- 1 bowl of Grated cheese
- 3 tsp SOS Harissa
- 20 Pitted Olives
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 bowl of Bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Method
- Mix the rice, cheese, olives, harissa and make tennis ball sized balls
- Beat the egg
- Spread the bread crumbs on a plate
- Now take each ball and dip in the egg and then coat with breadcrumbs
- Pan fry the balls till golden brown on all sides
- Makes about 6 balls
Tips
Serve with a spicy dipping sauce or spicy mayo. You can opt to air fry the arancini balls as well. Just brush with a little olive oil
