TUSCAN STUFFED PARATHAS

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 frozen parathas
  • 100g cheese
  • 100g roast chicken
  • 2 tsp SOS Tuscan
  • 1 beaten egg yolk

    METHOD:

    • Lay 1 frozen paratha onto a plate layered with baking paper.
    • Spread the Tuscan onto the paratha, then sprinkle the cheese &  add the chicken or toppings of your choice.
    • Place the second paratha on top & press the edges down to ensure it sticks to the first paratha.
    • Brush the top with egg & bake at 180ºC for 15mins.
    • Enjoy while hot!
