1. 2 frozen parathas
  2. 100g cheese
  3. 100g roast chicken
  4. 2 tsps SOS Tuscan
  5. 1 beaten egg yolk


  1. Lay 1 frozen paratha onto a plate layered with baking paper.
  2. Spread the Tuscan onto the paratha, then sprinkle the cheese & finally add the chicken or toppings of your choice.
  3. Place the second paratha on top & press the edges down to ensure it sticks to the first paratha.
  4. Finally, brush the top with the egg & bake at 180ºC for 15mins.
  5. Enjoy while hot!
