TUSCAN STUFFED PARATHAS


INGREDIENTS:
- 2 frozen parathas
- 100g cheese
- 100g roast chicken
- 2 tsp SOS Tuscan
- 1 beaten egg yolk
METHOD:
- Lay 1 frozen paratha onto a plate layered with baking paper.
- Spread the Tuscan onto the paratha, then sprinkle the cheese & add the chicken or toppings of your choice.
- Place the second paratha on top & press the edges down to ensure it sticks to the first paratha.
- Brush the top with egg & bake at 180ºC for 15mins.
- Enjoy while hot!
