  • 110g Tuna Flakes
  • 2 tbsps reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp SOS Méjico
  • 2 whole cucumbers
  • Cilantro for garnish
  • Red Chilli powder for garnish


    • Slice the cucumbers down the middle lengthwise. Using a spoon, gently scoop out the insides. Discard the scooped seeds & set the cucumber halves aside
    • Drain the tuna flakes of water & place in a bowl
    • Add the mayonnaise, SOS Méjico to the tuna flakes & mix well
    • Scoop the tuna mixture into each cucumber half
    • Finally, garnish the tuna cucumber boats with fresh cilantro & red chilli powder & serve while fresh & cold!
