TOM YUM PRAWN CEVICHE

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 3-4 prawns
  2. 1/2 cup + 2tbsps lemon juice
  3. 2 tbsps SOS Tom Yum paste
  4. 1 cabbage leaf
  5. 1/4 onion
  6. 1/2 tomato

METHOD:

  1. Clean and immerse prawns in 1/2 cup lemon juice & let them marinate for at least 30mins.
  2. Mix SOS tom yum paste to 2 tbsp of lemon juice to make a dressing.
  3. Thinly slice cabbage, onion & tomato.
  4. Drain prawns and toss together the prawns, vegetables and tom yum dressing.
  5. Serve cold!
