TOM YUM PRAWN CEVICHE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3-4 prawns
  • 1/2 cup + 2tbsps lemon juice
  • 2 tbsps SOS Tom Yum paste
  • 1 cabbage leaf
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/2 tomato

    METHOD:

    • Clean and immerse prawns in 1/2 cup lemon juice & let them marinate for at least 30mins.
    • Mix SOS tom yum paste to 2 tbsp of lemon juice to make a dressing.
    • Thinly slice cabbage, onion & tomato.
    • Drain prawns and toss together the prawns, vegetables and tom yum dressing.
    • Serve cold!
