TOM YUM PRAWN CEVICHE


INGREDIENTS:
- 3-4 prawns
- 1/2 cup + 2tbsps lemon juice
- 2 tbsps SOS Tom Yum paste
- 1 cabbage leaf
- 1/4 onion
- 1/2 tomato
METHOD:
- Clean and immerse prawns in 1/2 cup lemon juice & let them marinate for at least 30mins.
- Mix SOS tom yum paste to 2 tbsp of lemon juice to make a dressing.
- Thinly slice cabbage, onion & tomato.
- Drain prawns and toss together the prawns, vegetables and tom yum dressing.
- Serve cold!
