TOM YUM TOFU CEVICHE
Ingredients:
- 200g firm tofu
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsps lemon juice
- 2 tbsps SOS Tom Yum paste
- 1 cabbage leaf
- 1/4 onion
- 1/2 tomato
Method:
- Cut the tofu in small cubes
- Heat a pan, add olive oil & shallow fry the tofu till golden brown
- Mix SOS tom yum paste to the lemon juice to make a dressing
- Thinly slice cabbage, onion & tomato.
- Toss together the tofu, vegetables and tom yum dressing.
- Serve cold!
