TOM YUM TOFU CEVICHE

 

Ingredients:

  • 200g firm tofu
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice
  • 2 tbsps SOS Tom Yum paste
  • 1 cabbage leaf
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/2 tomato

    Method:

    • Cut the tofu in small cubes
    • Heat a pan, add olive oil & shallow fry the tofu till golden brown
    • Mix SOS tom yum paste to the lemon juice to make a dressing
    • Thinly slice cabbage, onion & tomato.
    • Toss together the tofu, vegetables and tom yum dressing.
    • Serve cold!
