  • 150ml full-fat milk
  • 100g grated sharp cheddar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp SOS Harissa
  • 1 tbsp SOS Circuit Breaker


    • Melt the butter in a heated pot, add the SOS Harissa, the SOS Circuit Breaker & the flour & whisk until a coloured paste is reached.
    • Add in the milk a little at a time & whisk as added to prevent lumps.
    • Once all the ingredients are well-combined, turn off the heat and add the cheese in handfuls at a time, whisking as added to achieve a smooth consistency before serving.
