A sweet & spicy strawberry salad with an added crunch with walnuts. Healthy guilt free lunch.


  • 1 handful mixed salad leaves
  • 150g strawberries
  • 1/2 bowl walnuts
  • 150g cherry tomatoes
  • 150g mini mozzarella balls
  • 1 whole avocado


  • 15ml balsamic vinegar
  • 15ml olive oil
  • 3 tbsp SOS Lust
  • Salt to taste


  • Chop the strawberries, cherry tomatoes & mozzarella cheese into halves
  • Roughly chop the walnuts into small pieces
  • In a bowl toss a handful of the lettuce mix
  • Add in the chopped strawberries, cherry tomatoes & cheese
  • Sprinkle the walnuts on top
  • Add the dressing ingredients to a jar & mix well
  • Pour the dressing over the salad, toss it well & enjoy
