SWEET 'N' SPICY PORK MEATBALLS

SERVING: 2                        PREP TIME: 10min                        COOK TIME: 20min

INGREDIENTS (SAUCE):

  • 3 tbsp SOS Lust
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

    INGREDIENTS (MEATBALLS):

    • 250g Pork mince
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • 1 tsp dried parsley
    • 1/2 tsp salt

      METHOD:

      • Add the dry ingredients to the mince & roll into 12 balls
      • Bake the meatball in a hot oven for 12 to 15 min or until done
      • Add the olive oil to a hot pan & add the SOS Lust & the balsamic vinegar & sauté for a minute
      • Add in the meatballs and let them simmer for a minute
      • Serve hot!
