SWEET 'N' SPICY PORK MEATBALLS
SERVING: 2 PREP TIME: 10min COOK TIME: 20min
INGREDIENTS (SAUCE):
- 3 tbsp SOS Lust
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
INGREDIENTS (MEATBALLS):
- 250g Pork mince
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
METHOD:
- Add the dry ingredients to the mince & roll into 12 balls
- Bake the meatball in a hot oven for 12 to 15 min or until done
- Add the olive oil to a hot pan & add the SOS Lust & the balsamic vinegar & sauté for a minute
- Add in the meatballs and let them simmer for a minute
- Serve hot!
