SPICY 'N' TANGY POTATO SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 4 medium sized potatoes
  2. 3 tbsps mayonaise
  3. 2 tbsps SOS Green Chilli Sauce
  4. 1/2 onion
  5. 1 small bowl chives
  6. 2 tbsps lemon juice
  7. Dried parsley for garnish

METHOD:

  1. Boil the potatoes in a pot until they soften
  2. Transfer the potatoes to another bowl & let them cool
  3. Once cooled, peel & chop into cubes
  4. Finely chop the onion & the chives
  5. Gently mix the potato cubes, the chopped onion & chives
  6. Mix mayonnaise, SOS Green Chilli Sauce & lemon juice to make a dressing
  7. Pour this dressing over the potato mixture & give a good toss
  8. Garnish with dry parsley
