ROMESCO CHICKEN FETTUCCINE

INGREDIENTS:
  • 100g fettuccine
  • 150g chicken mince
  • 4 tbsp SOS Romesco
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt for seasoning
  • Water for boiling the pasta
METHOD:
  • Boil the water with a little salt & add the fettuccine. Cook till al dente. Drain & retain the water.
  • Meanwhile heat a pan & add the olive oil.
  • Add the chicken mince & stir-fry till cooked.
  • Add the SOS Romesco & mix well. Add some of the pasta water.
  • Add the fettuccine & mix well.
  • Garnish with the dried seasoning & salt if needed.
