ROMESCO CHICKEN FETTUCCINE

SERVING: 1 PREP TIME: 5min COOK TIME: 15min
INGREDIENTS:
- 100g fettuccine
- 150g chicken mince
- 4 tbsp SOS Romesco
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- Salt for seasoning
- Water for boiling the pasta
METHOD:
- Boil the water with a little salt & add the fettuccine. Cook till al dente. Drain & retain the water.
- Meanwhile heat a pan & add the olive oil.
- Add the chicken mince & stir-fry till cooked.
- Add the SOS Romesco & mix well. Add some of the pasta water.
- Add the fettuccine & mix well.
- Garnish with the dried seasoning & salt if needed.
