SPICY GRILLED CORN

SERVINGS: 2                       PREP TIME: 5mins                      COOK TIME: 15mins
INGREDIENTS:
2 whole corns
2 tsps SOS Méjico
2 tsps cream cheese
2 tsps mayonaise
2 tsps grated parmesan
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Cut each corn into halves & place in an air-fryer with baking paper underneath for 10mins.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the SOS Méjico, cream cheese & mayonaise in a bowl to make a sauce.
  3. Apply the sauce on each corn before sprinkling with parmesan cheese.
  4. Place the corns back in the fryer for another 5mins before taking them out and serve!
