MANGO, CHICKEN & AVOCADO SALAD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. 1 whole head romaine lettuce
  2. 1/2 mango
  3. 3/4 cucumber
  4. 2 avocados
  5. 1/2 onion
  6. 1/2 rotisserie chicken
  7. 10 cherry tomatoes
  8. Salt to taste

DRESSING:

  1. 4 tsps SOS Wicked
  2. 3 tbsps extra-virgin olive oil
  3. 3 tbsps apple cider vinegar

METHOD:

  1. Chop the romaine lettuce, dice the mango, slice the cucumber, avocado & onion, slice the cherry tomatoes into halves, shred the chicken, add salt to taste & place everything in a large mixing bowl
  2. To make the dressing, add SOS Wicked, the extra-virgin olive oil & the apple cider vinegar to a jar, close & shake.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad & mix well before serving.
