MANGO CHICKEN & AVOCADO SALAD

SERVING: 2 PREP TIME: 10 min MIX TIME: 2min
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 whole head romaine lettuce
- 1/2 mango (optional)
- 3/4 cucumber
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 rotisserie chicken
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- Salt to taste
DRESSING:
- 4 tsp SOS Wicked
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
METHOD:
- Chop the romaine lettuce, dice the mango, slice the cucumber, avocado & onion, slice the cherry tomatoes into halves, shred the chicken, add salt to taste & place everything in a large mixing bowl
- To make the dressing, add SOS Mango chilli sauce & mayonnaise & mix well
- Pour the dressing over the salad & mix well before serving.
