MANGO CHICKEN & AVOCADO SALAD

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 whole head romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 mango (optional)
  • 3/4 cucumber
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 rotisserie chicken
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • Salt to taste

    DRESSING:

    • 4 tsp SOS Wicked
    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

      METHOD:

      • Chop the romaine lettuce, dice the mango, slice the cucumber, avocado & onion, slice the cherry tomatoes into halves, shred the chicken, add salt to taste & place everything in a large mixing bowl
      • To make the dressing, add SOS Mango chilli sauce & mayonnaise & mix well
      • Pour the dressing over the salad & mix well before serving.
