HOT 'N' SOUR TOM YUM PENNE

Ingredients:

  • 150g penne
  • 2 tbsps SOS Pat Pong
  • 4 button mushrooms
  • 2 long red chillies
  • 3 broccoli florets
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 5 tbsps pasta cooking water
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 3/4 tbsp salt
  • Dried Italian seasoning to garnish
  • Cilantro to garnish

    Method:

    • Boil the penne in water until al dente. Drain & reserve some of the pasta water
    • Half the button mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, the broccoli florets & grate the garlic cloves
    • Heat the olive oil in a pan, add garlic & sauté for 1min
    • Add SOS Pat Pong to the pan & continue sautéing for 2mins
    • Add the veggies to the pan & continue cooking until veggies are half-cooked
    • Add in the penne to the pan & mix well with the veggies
    • Loosen the pasta with some of the reserved pasta water
    • Season with salt, dried Italian seasoning & garnish with cilantro
