Hot and Sour Tom Yum Penne


  1. 150g penne
  2. 2 tbsps SOS Pat Pong
  3. 4 button mushrooms
  4. 2 long red chillies
  5. 3 broccoli florets
  6. 4 cherry tomatoes
  7. 2 tbsps olive oil
  8. 5 tbsps pasta cooking water
  9. 2 garlic clove
  10. 3/4 tbsp salt
  11. Dried Italian seasoning to garnish
  12. Cilantro to garnish


  1. Boil the penne in water until al dente. Drain & reserve some of the pasta water
  2. Half the button mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, the broccoli florets & grate the garlic cloves
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add garlic & sauté for 1min
  4. Add SOS Pat Pong to the pan & continue sautéing for 2mins
  5. Add the veggies to the pan & continue cooking until veggies are half-cooked
  6. Add in the penne to the pan & mix well with the veggies
  7. Loosen the pasta with some of the reserved pasta water
  8. Season with salt, dried Italian seasoning & garnish with cilantro
