HARISSA VEG PIZZA

SERVING: 1 PREP TIME: 10min BAKE TIME: 20min
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 small ready pizza base
- 2 tbsps SOS Harissa
- 5 to 10 cherry tomatoes
- 5 to 10 olives
- 1 small bowl grated cheese of your choice
- A few basil leaves
METHOD:
- On ready pizza base spread SOS Harissa
- Slice the tomatoes & olives or keep them whole
- Top up the pizza base with the vegetables & cheese
- Bake in a preheated oven till the cheese melts
- Sprinkle the basil leaves on top
