HARISSA VEG PIZZA

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 small ready pizza base
  • 2 tbsps SOS Harissa
  • 5 to 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 5 to 10 olives
  • 1 small bowl grated cheese of your choice
  • A few basil leaves

    METHOD:

    • On ready pizza base spread SOS Harissa
    • Slice the tomatoes & olives or keep them whole
    • Top up the pizza base with the vegetables & cheese 
    • Bake in a preheated oven till the cheese melts
    • Sprinkle the basil leaves on top
