GREEN CURRY TOFU STIR-FRY

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 200g firm tofu
  2. 1/2 capsicum
  3. 1 tbsp olive oil
  4. 3 tbsp SOS Thai Green Curry Paste
  5. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  6. Salt to taste

METHOD:

  1. Heat a pan, add olive oil & shallow fry the tofu cubes till golden brown. Keep aside
  2. In the same pan, stir-fry the SOS Thai green curry paste for a min
  3. Add in the cubed capsicum & stir fry for another min
  4. Next add in the tofu & sauté
  5. Add salt to taste & lemon juice
