GREEN CURRY TOFU STIR-FRY

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200g firm tofu
  • 1/2 capsicum
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp SOS Thai Green Curry Paste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

    METHOD:

    • Heat a pan, add olive oil & shallow fry the tofu cubes till golden brown. Keep aside
    • In the same pan, stir-fry the SOS Thai green curry paste for a min
    • Add in the cubed capsicum & stir fry for another min
    • Next add in the tofu & sauté
    • Add salt to taste & lemon juice
