FISH WITH WICKED SALSA

SERVING: 1         PREP TIME: 15 mins          AIR FRY TIME: 25 mins

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 boneless white fish fillet
  • 3 tbsp SOS Mango lime chilli sauce
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 cup bottled jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg

METHOD:

  • Season the flour with the salt and pepper
  • Season the breadcrumbs with the italian seasoning
  • Beat the egg
  • Dip the fish in the egg, then coat it with the flour
  • Dip the fish fillet again in the egg and then coat with the breadcrumbs
  • Stick it in the airfryer at 180*C for 25 min or until done
  • Meanwhile chop all the vegetables to make a salsa
  • Add in the SOS mango lime chilli sauce and juice of the lemon
  • Season with salt if needed and mix in with the vegetables
  • Top the cooked fish fillet with the salsa 
  • Enjoy!
