THAI GREEN CURRY DUMPLINGS

Ingredients:

  • 12 to 15 dumpling wrappers
  • 1/2 cup (50g) shredded cabbage 
  • 1/2 cup (50g) grated carrot
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp SOS Thai Green Curry Paste
  • 4 stalks of green onion or scallions
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

    METHOD:

    • Stir fry the vegetables in the olive olive oil
    • Mix in the SOS Thai green curry paste and the coconut milk and the lemon juice
    • Once the mixture is a little cool fill in the dumpling wrappers and shape as you like
    • Steam the dumplings for 10 min 
    • Serve with chilli oil
