THAI GREEN CURRY DUMPLINGS


Ingredients:
- 12 to 15 dumpling wrappers
- 1/2 cup (50g) shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup (50g) grated carrot
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp SOS Thai Green Curry Paste
- 4 stalks of green onion or scallions
- 2 tbsp coconut milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
METHOD:
- Stir fry the vegetables in the olive olive oil
- Mix in the SOS Thai green curry paste and the coconut milk and the lemon juice
- Once the mixture is a little cool fill in the dumpling wrappers and shape as you like
- Steam the dumplings for 10 min
- Serve with chilli oil
