THAI GREEN CURRY ASPARAGUS PASTA

Ingredients:

  • 225g of Pappardelle or pasta of your choice 
  • 3 tbsp SOS Thai Green Curry Paste
  • 8 to 10 asparagus stalks
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

    METHOD:

    • Boil the pasta till al dente
    • Blanch the asparagus and keep aside
    • Heat the olive oil in a pan
    • Stir fry the SOS thai green curry paste for a min
    • Add the coconut milk
    • Add the pasta and asparagus and mix well till the pasta gets coated well
