THAI GREEN CURRY ASPARAGUS PASTA


Ingredients:
- 225g of Pappardelle or pasta of your choice
- 3 tbsp SOS Thai Green Curry Paste
- 8 to 10 asparagus stalks
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
METHOD:
- Boil the pasta till al dente
- Blanch the asparagus and keep aside
- Heat the olive oil in a pan
- Stir fry the SOS thai green curry paste for a min
- Add the coconut milk
- Add the pasta and asparagus and mix well till the pasta gets coated well
