CHEESE TOASTIES

SERVING: 2 PREP TIME: 5MIN COOK TIME: 5MIN
INGREDIENTS:
- 100g Gruyere cheese
- 2 tsp SOS Méjico
- 4 Slices of sourdough bread
- 1 Can of cream of tomato soup for dipping
- 20g of butter
METHOD:
- Grate the cheese
- Lay the bread slices on a board & lightly butter each slice
- Now spread some of the SOS Méjico on all four slices
- Sprinkle the grated cheese on 2 of the slices
- Make 2 sandwiches by lightly pressing the other 2 slices on top
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat
- Toast the first sandwich while pressing it down with a spatula for 2 minutes or until the base is crispy & light brown
- Turn over & toast the other side for 2 minutes while pressing down with the spatula
- Repeat for the second sandwich
- Warm up the soup & serve with the toasties!
