  • 400g firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp SOS Thai Green Curry Paste
  • 5 florets of broccoli or cauliflower
  • 5 baby corn
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste


    • Stir fry the tofu cubes in the olive oil till golden brown. Keep aside
    • Stir fry the SOS Thai green curry paste in the same pan
    • Add in the tofu cubes, sliced baby corn, broccoli florets
    • browned tofu, sliced baby corn, florets of broccoli, water & let simmer till vegetables are half done
    • Add in the coconut milk & let simmer for 2 mins
    • Add salt & lemon juice
    • Serve with rice or on its own!
