1. 275g cherry tomatoes
  2. 1/2 garlic bulb
  3. Dried Parsley to season
  4. Extra-virgin olive oil to season
  5. 4 tbsps natural yoghurt
  6. 4 tsps SOS Circuit Breaker
  7. Corn chips or bread to eat with
  1. In a large baking tray, add the cherry tomatoes, half-garlic bulb, parsley & extra-virgin olive oil.
  2. Preheat an oven to 180ºC, & bake the mixture for 20mins.
  3. Meanwhile, whisk the natural yoghurt & SOS Circuit Breaker in a bowl & leave aside.
  4. Once the mixture is baked, take out of the oven, peel off the garlic bulb & mix the garlic into the rest of the confit mixture.
  5. To plate, spread the yoghurt mix onto a plate & spoon the confit mixture onto the yoghurt.
