SOS Romesco Grilled Chicken

Grilled chicken with a Spanish twist. Great for BBQs or even just a snack!
Ingredients

2 pieces of chicken (drumsticks/thigh)

1 tbsp SOS Romesco
-
1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Salt for seasoning
Directions
Make cuts in the pieces of chicken.
Mix the lemon juice and the SOS Romesco to make a marinade
Rub half the marinade over the chicken. Keep the other half for basting the chicken as it cooks.
Preheat an oven to 180ºC.
Grease a baking tray and place the chicken on it. Bake for 30 min or until done.
For the last 5mins, turn the setting to grill and finish cooking.
Remove & enjoy with a side of salad or on its own.
Alternatively airfry the chicken for the same amount of time.
Recipe Note
You can swap the chicken for protein of you choice. Goes well with Paneer and veggies as well.
